About Me

I am a keen rugby coach (who still plays a bit). These days, I spend most of my time devising new rugby drills and fitness sessions. Not only do I coach the skills side of rugby, I have a keen interest in player fitness, health and diet, and regularly issue my players with meal plans and exercise schedules they can follow away from the training ground. I don't advise nonsense diet plans such as Atkins, or living on cabbage soup, an I believe that weight loss tablets are just a quick fix towards achieving body fat loss. Diet should be healthy and balanced. Not only is what you eat important, but when you eat is too. This is often overlooked by many trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and equally by those trying to burn fat. All that said, I am no diet professional, and I just advise my players from the research I have done.

First and foremost, my passion is rugby, and I encourage the game to be played by both men and women.. In fact, ladies rugby is one of the fastest growing team sports in Europe and North America. Anyway, it's a great sport and I could talk for hours on it.
